Part One:

LOOK BACK
November 2016- DJT is elected President of the United States. U.S. based neo-Marxists begin to execute a variety of operations meant to delegitimize DJT and his administration. Counter State forces establish “the resistance” as the election of DJT was a threat to their plan to manage the decline of these United States while concurrently merging the U.S. with internationalist elements allowing for the much sought after “convergence” between east and west as envisioned by international Marxist elements.
January 2020- A global pandemic, originating from Wuhan, China, is unleashed upon an unsuspecting world. Covid19/SARS-COV2 served as a biological weapon allowing for an attack on the global economy allowing for the CCP to seize global “market share” across a multitude of domains while concurrently throwing the U.S. into economic despair and allowing for condition setting for follow on insurgent activity across CONUS.
May 2020- Vast insurrection breaks out across the U.S. by a variety of Marxist allied elements. The objective of the insurrectionists is the capitulation of republican, constitutional government allowing for the establishment of a Marxist government aligned with international Marxist elements and their allies.

CURRENT ACTIVITY
At the time of this report (12AUG20) insurrectionist elements continue their nationwide assault concentrating their efforts in mostly urban areas. Additionally, mass Information Operations the aim of which are to negate any meaningful response to the insurrection continue. Currently Marxist forces continue to riot across the U.S. in order to demonstrate weakness on the part of state and federal government while concurrently wearing down local security forces. Marxist forces also use the demonstrations as a means of garnering additional public support and/or as a means of further isolating traditionalist Americans.
Near Term Threat Forces Activity:
17-20 AUG Democratic National Convention- Virtual event anchored in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with various co-events hosted across the U.S.
21-24 AUG Republican National Convention (Charlotte, NC)- Official business, nomination of DJT as Presidential nominee.
24-27 AUG Republican National Convention “Celebration” (Jacksonville, FL)- DJT acceptance speech and follow on celebration.
17 SEPT-6 NOV 20 “The Siege on the White House” – Mass demonstration vicinity of the White House, Washington, D.C. 50 Day Siege sponsored by Ad Busters.

FUTURE INTENT
Modern American Bolsheviks are working to overthrow America’s republican government in order to establish a Marxist based world order. All elements of the red/green alliance are currently working toward this end. We are in the final battle.
China under the CCP serves as the model by which the internationalist Marxist enemy wishes to reorder global governance.
Traditionalist American’s will have to work together to counter and ultimately defeat this internationalist foe or America as we know it will cease to exist within short order.
While the U.S. based insurgency is our focus the end user should understand Marxist threat forces are conducting a global insurgency. International events will have a direct impact upon events in the U.S.
As of 12 AUG 20 the U.S. based Marxist insurgency is preparing to expand its current operations. At the current time the Marxist insurgency is conducting OPE and IPB tasks allowing them to later expand their insurgency into suburban and rural areas. Traditionalist forces should be monitoring their AOR’S for increased enemy activity as it relates to IPB/OPE tasks.
Political:

• Democratic party continues to function as the political front of U.S. based Marxist elements while taking direction from subversive shadow government forces.
• Selection of Kamala Harris as Democratic VP pick allows for command and control between the political front and the existing shadow government.
• Republican Party continues to serve as controlled opposition allowing for continued enemy domination of the information battlespace
• Conventional Media continues as an accomplice to the Marxist insurgency
• USG agencies have been thoroughly infiltrated and cannot be relied on to counter the Marxist insurgency
  Federal, state and local governments must be viewed as benign and/or under the control of Marxist threat forces. Traditionalist forces can expect little to no assistance from existing government entities as they have been compromised and, in many cases, must be viewed as threat forces.
  Military:
  Traditionalist forces must be prepared for and/or monitoring for the following insurrectionist-based activity:
• Targeted Killings: Marxist threat forces will target opponents directly via a variety of means to include targeted assassinations.
• Urban based Insurrection: will continue as they have since the end of May
• Transition of Urban Insurrection to Suburban and Rural areas in order to expand control of the information battlespace as well as physical terrain
• Continued targeting of state security forces in order to deplete human and other resources allowing for freedom of maneuver and narrative control
• Targeted attacks on utilities to include power generation and telecommunications infrastructure
• Establishment of Marxist controlled “security forces” under the rubric of “defund the police” remove and replace local security forces with Marxist controlled forces.
• Targeted attacks on transportation infrastructure allowing for control of the local population
• Cyber-attacks to prevent the free flow of information to include cyber-attacks on infrastructure
  *Attacks on infrastructure have normally been the benchmark heralding the transition from covert/clandestine warfare to open warfare. Once we are witness to direct attacks on infrastructure understand that we have moved into the open warfare stage of the Marxist insurrection. At this stage you can expect to witness activity associated with what you recognize as “guerrilla warfare”.
  Traditionalist forces such as those associated with American Contingency must act daily to improve their current posture. Continue to build and maintain your local AmCon element and be prepared to act in conjunction with other allied forces in the future. At the current time it is essential that you monitor the situation across your AOR while concurrently establishing and/or improving upon your capabilities and capacities in light of the current threat.
  Recommendations:
  In order to monitor insurgent activity in your AOR you must establish a localized network that can monitor a variety of activity to best inform how you and your team develop courses of action in regards to countering insurgent objectives.
• Identify insurgent corridors of movement to/from their urban enclaves into suburban and rural areas. Monitor for activity
• Identify insurgent staging areas vicinity of your AOR to include martialing areas, support areas and areas that afford them the opportunity to stage operations within your AOR
• Identify critical infrastructure in your AOR as you and your team may need to work with local elements to secure these facilities from attack
• Monitor local web-based chat rooms, message boards etc for insurgent activity
• Monitor localized media- Prior to local insurgent activity localized media may produce material supportive of the various insurgent groups. This is a threat indicator that more robust insurgent activity may be forthcoming
• Monitor local hardware chains, gun shops and other venues where insurgents can equip for current and future activity. BOLO bulk purchases
• Monitor local politicians for an uptick in pro-insurgent rhetoric and/or other forms of support
• Be aware of who/what is in your AOR. BOLO insurgent reconnaissance elements and/or small localized gatherings that may be utilized to “test the waters”

Part 2: Part 2 we will review how the assessments are staking up:

• Targeted killings have begun with soft targets (civilian supporter) and hard targets (attempted assassination of two LE in California)
• Large scale attacks on infrastructure have begun (California, Oregon and Washington arsons)
• Transitioning insurgent operations from Urban areas into suburban and rural locations- check
• Increased utilization of e-media to support enemy IO program(s)- check
• Insurgency is international- check (see France, Germany and UK)

Current time: At the current time we have been in a bit of a lull. Useful insurgent allies/"useful idiots" continue to act out in areas where they can generate public support as in Rochester, NY and Lancaster, PA. While main line cadre have been involved at both Rochester and Lancaster these were not priority operations for the insurgents. Arson attacks on the west coast were the "signal" amongst the insurgents to begin transitioning to more overt attacks as you would expect in a growing insurgency. 17 September is the start of Ad Busters "50 day White House Siege". In addition to Ad Busters, Refuse Fascism, a wing of the Revolutionary Communist Party USA, is calling for protests at the WH starting today. Going forward the current center of gravity for the insurgents is to continue to target LE elements in order to wear down state security forces while the insurgents prepare for election/post election operations. EVERYTHING that happens between now and the election in the insurgent eco-system is meant to prepare for election/post election operations. As of now it is believed the insurgency will begin to conduct operations during and after the election in support of the overthrow of our republican system of government. It is believed insurgent operations at this point will resemble what one would expect to see in open guerrilla warfare. Prior to the election additional threat warnings/forecasts will be provided. Other:
As you would have been made aware at the Sawmill Training:

• Insurgent forces are sponsored by a variety of state and non-state actors. Previous reports covered this information. China, Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, elements in Germany, UK, Canada, France and Ukraine all play a supporting role. Note* this is a global insurgency

• European elements of Antifa have operated and trained with ISIS, PKK, and elements of AQ (red/green alliance) American elements have been provided training by their European allies and in limited circumstance have operated with IS/PKK/AQ in Syria

• U.S. based Antifa elements have established supply chains with various LATAM based cartels in order to secure heavy weapons, drugs and cash

• European and American Antifa elements have received training in IED construction and use from known AQ elements in Europe. Additionally they have received training in the utilization of chem/bio from the same element(s)

On other fronts the AmCon New England contingent will host its first meet up mid-October. We will meet in NH and conduct training and organizational activity. As previously stated we will establish a support staff the goal of which will be to assist the New England AmCon groups organize. More info forthcoming as we get the event organized. Each state should be prepared to provide an individual to work in conjunction with the support staff as we get organized. In the meantime continue to prepare and avoid confrontation. You will be needed come the election/post election.
