Newark, DE - 8/25/2020 11 PM EST – Chabad house was burned down on University of Delaware campus. The house is not affiliated with the University, but an on premise for Jewish community. They have already raised money from the local community for repairs ($200,000 in damages estimated on 2nd fire damage report). Nobody was hurt in the fire, and no residents were in the building. The Chabad house in Portland, Oregon caught fire last week as well. Since this has happened across state lines, it has brought the ATF and FBI into the investigation (S4)

Assistant Fire Marshall, Michael Chionchio, stated this appears to be arson and not a hate crime at this time. They are at early stages of their investigation.
This case is being monitored by ADL. The ADL has initially shown ties to socialist programs across the globe (South Africa), and more recently in the USA. Specifically, in San Francisco where Nancy Pelosi resides over. False narratives on the ADL website (Source S2) stating that these riots are coming from extremist, right wing mobs (Antifa is a far-left group) give further perspective on this group. Further research shows that they may have obtained high powered enemies from the far left during their advice to monitor anti-racist activity after Charlottesville in 08/2017 (Source S5)
