Up to now you have been receiving threat warnings in respect to insurgent activities in various areas of CONUS (continental U.S.) you have also received the strategic forecast and strategic overview. In accordance with the forecast and overview insurgent activity continues apace in accordance with the aforementioned material.

Pay particular attention to Game Three in the disrupted election PDF. It is believed that this will be the insurgent COA (course of action) so far as the election is concerned.

You need to keep in mind that we face an insurrection the ultimate goal of which is to "abolish" the republic, as we know it, in order to establish a neo-Marxist led global government.

At the current time the insurgency continues to conduct vast information operations across CONUS. The riots/insurrection support the IO program. Kinetic activity is not the center of gravity/main effort. The ultimate goal of the current enemy forces IO program is to demonstrate their supposed "moral" high ground while demonstrating their ability to field forces rapidly and in multiple geo-graphic areas. Second and third order effects of the current IO program:

• exhaust law enforcement/deplete their resources
• instill confusion among traditional America
• cause fratricide between local, state and federal government
• prepare for follow on activity

At the current time you are meant to feel isolated and demoralized. That IS the main effort. Sapping your fight before the real fight materializes.

The current insurrection will continue from now well into and past the election. In some cases insurrectionist activity will ebb and flow dependent on enemy forces requirements to support their IO narrative. Enemy forces cadre continue to support and otherwise direct the insurgency while keeping in reserve their professional forces which they will field at a later time in accordance with their envisioned timeline. Enemy forces currently engaging in the insurrection are localized home guard and/or reserve type forces. They are not main force guerrillas in most cases.

Recommendations:

• Continue to monitor your local and regional situation
• Remain engaged with AmCon and AmCon based activity
• Continue to organize at the local and regional level
• Continue to stock classes of supply (food, fuel, ammunition, meds)
• Continue your training (individual and unit)
• Establish and refine your localized planning "in the event of" rehearse "actions on" as able
• Never quit/remain stoic

Note* Engaging in counter demonstrations at the current time is counter productive. The efficacy of such activity is questionable. Monitor insurrectionist activity and otherwise remain aware of insurgents within your AOR however engaging in protest/counter protest activity feels great and accomplishes nothing. Establishing your team IS the current priority. Preparing to defend your AOR IS the current priority. PT, Shoot, move, communicate, proficiency in individual and unit tasks are your priority. See FM 7-8 and SH 21-76. These are the basic building blocks that should guide your training and standards. You do have unit standards, right?
